As a Market Intelligence & Insights Manager you’ll will;

• Effectively distribute and communicate insights and intelligence to key stakeholder groups and the member firm communities of practice they collaborate with. This includes considering the right knowledge storage platforms and migrating to a new global communications infrastructure.
• Enhancing our market research and insights efficiencies and effectiveness. This includes working with our Global Finance team and GRC senior relationship manager to identify costs efficiencies. And considering where automation and visualisation tools can be effectively deployed to generate efficiencies.
• Proactively collaborates and builds relationships with others in the international team including, global leadership team, finance function, service delivery, industries, client experience and marketing to ensure that activity is integrated, consistent and in line with global strategy.
• Line manages ‘senior executive: Market insights and intelligence’ whose role is to be support incorporate of theHUB; maintain core hub pursuit support content offerings and developing sales enablement tools for propositions.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure connections in to the communities they serve to ensure insights and intelligence ultimately delivers value to member firms.
• Proactively liaises and builds relationships with third party suppliers, with an understanding of contracting and financial governance.
• Aware of the need to remain transparent, accountable and within budget on projects
• Identifiy opportunities for the international team to provide added value to the global network and the member firms within it

Who we’re looking for:

• 8 years’ experience of working in a research, knowledge management or intelligence team
• An ability to translate and data and analysis into actionable insights
• Understanding of data insights sources available in public domain
• Understanding of data visualisation and automated analysis techniques to support wider interpretation and dissemination of insights.
• Self-starter with the ability and confidence to develop and implement their own projects and workload
• Strong contractual and financial understanding
• Previous experience of overseeing or implementing technology platforms for knowledge management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the gravitas to deal with senior stakeholders, build consensus and influence outcomes
• Solid project management experience and an ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
